This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Radvix Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the PropLock.ai platform ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
When you register for the Service, we collect information necessary to create and manage your account, which may include your name, email address, and payment information. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors, and we do not store full credit card numbers or payment account details on our servers.
1.2 Closed Trade Data
Through the Agent that you install on your system, we collect Closed Trade Data, which includes information about trades that have been fully closed and realized, such as trade entry and exit prices, trade size, instrument traded, timestamps, and realized profit or loss. WE DO NOT COLLECT UNREALIZED PROFIT AND LOSS DATA. THE SERVICE ONLY TRACKS AND STORES DATA FOR CLOSED (REALIZED) TRADES.
1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
We want to be transparent about the information we do not collect:
- Trading account credentials (usernames, passwords, API keys, or authentication tokens for your Prop Firm or trading platform accounts).
- Unrealized profit and loss data or open position information.
- Personal financial account information (bank account numbers, brokerage account numbers).
- Social Security numbers or government-issued identification numbers.
1.4 Automatically Collected Information
When you access the Service, we may automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, pages visited, referring URLs, and usage patterns. We may use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to collect this information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including importing and displaying your Closed Trade Data and providing compliance tracking features.
- To process transactions and manage your subscription.
- To communicate with you about the Service, including service announcements, updates, security alerts, and support messages.

- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or security concerns.

We retain your personal information and Closed Trade Data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. Upon account termination or at your request, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a commercially reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law, necessary to resolve disputes, or needed to enforce our agreements. Aggregated or de-identified data may be retained indefinitely.
5. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. WHILE WE STRIVE TO USE COMMERCIALLY ACCEPTABLE MEANS TO PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ITS ABSOLUTE SECURITY, AND WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, DATA BREACH, OR SECURITY INCIDENT EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT CAUSED BY OUR GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT.

The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
